Operations Board

Our Operations Board is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Centre. Its aims are:

  • To implement the strategy of the Centre, as determined by the Governance Board.
  • To provide a forum for all of the stakeholders in the Centre.
  • To foster collaboration between researchers.
  • To oversee the operation and monitor the outcome of the Centre training accounts.
  • To manage, allocate and monitor the budget of the Centre.
  • To encourage local engagement with the external community.
